Our prices vary quite a bit according to different seasons, availability, special events in town, guarantee method of the booking, etc etc. To see the specific price for the dates you want, simply search for a room using our online booking engine.

We get it though - sometimes you just want a very quick and rough idea about what booking a room with us will mean for your budget. So, just to give you an idea, here are our standard rates:

Apart from the things listed above we do not charge any other extra fees - free wireless internet, free coffee and tea, use of water, electricity, washing machine etc is included.

Note: We do NOT offer breakfast, but you are welcome to make your own in our fully equipped kitchen.

Keep in mind that the above rates are standard rates only - if you use our online booking engine to search for a room you will always find the best prices there. By booking directly from us you help us keeping the prices down for everyone - the more people use sites like Booking.com and the like to make a booking the more commissions we have to pay them and the less discounts we can give out as a result. Help us keep our independence and our small scale prices - and get awesome customer service at the same time!

We receive many booking inquiries every day and are often fully booked weeks in advance. Due to this large amount of booking requests, we are seldom able to offer any long term stays. That said, you are of course welcome to stay with us as long as you want, given we have availability!

Some of our best rates require you to pay for the room at the time of making the booking using PayPal. There's also the option of guaranteeing your booking with a credit card instead. (We will only charge your card in the case that you do not show up as agreed or if you cancel your booking too late.) Otherwise payment is normally done when checking in.
